You became a teacher to make a difference.
But in today’s classrooms, it’s hard to keep up with the diversity, let alone have the time to learn more about each of your students.
The reality of the classroom is that you are navigating learning challenges, behaviour concerns, emotional needs and endless admin…. While trying to make sure that no student falls through the cracks - it’s hard! And the hardest bit…. When you reach out for help, it’s either outdated …. Overly complex…. Or not fitting into your schools money buckets, to get yourself to that PD to make that change in your classroom.
- You’ve attended PD sessions that left you with more questions than answers (and quite frankly no time to actually implement the changes).
- You’re handed student reports but not the how behind the strategies (or the why, or who else these strategies can help… or they are simply tick boxes!)
- You feel the pressure to “manage” learning differences without the right support (and only managing you are doing).
- You wish you had a trusted space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with teachers who truly get it.
Well, you are definitely not alone. And this membership is exactly what you’ve been searching for.
Our classrooms are becoming increasingly diverse every single year.

Who This Is (and Isn’t) For
This is for you if…
- You’re a new teacher who wants to feel confident supporting a diverse range of student needs.
- You’re an experienced educator seeking to grow your knowledge of diverse learning needs for students, and how to make the changes that will make the difference in your classroom.
- You’re passionate about inclusion and want to build a classroom where every student feels seen, supported, and successful.
- You’re looking for ongoing professional growth that’s actually useful, not just another tick-box PD.
- You crave real community and want to connect with educators who understand your day-to-day reality.
- You want to grow your impact without sacrificing your wellbeing.
This might not be for you if…
- You’re looking for a one-size-fits-all fix, this is about sustainable, ongoing growth- which means that the membership library will be gradually built up and extended over time.
- You don’t work directly with students in the classroom or tutoring environment (this is built for classroom educators).
- You’re not open to reflecting on your practice or learning new approaches.
- You want deep-dive diagnosis-level training, this membership focuses on practical classroom application, not formal assessments.
Meet Your Mentor: Alysha
You don’t need to do this alone. I’m here to help.
I’m Alysha - a secondary teacher, tutoring centre owner, and learning specialist with over 17 years of experience working alongside students, teachers, and families.
I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming today’s classrooms can feel, especially when you’re trying to support students with diverse learning needs and feel like you’re doing it all on your own.
But I also know what’s possible when teachers are equipped with the right strategies and ongoing support. You don’t need another 6-hour PD session that leaves you drained. You need tools you can use today, space to reflect, and a community that truly gets it.
That’s why I created Diverse Classrooms: Thriving Educators to help you grow your confidence, protect your energy, and create a classroom where every learner can thrive.
Let’s do this together.
"Unwavering support as an upcoming first year teacher!"
I am incredibly grateful for Alysha Griffiths' unwavering support as an upcoming first year teacher. Her dedication and responsiveness to all questions has been instrumental to my confidence in teaching in a classroom, providing me with all of the support, questions to ask and simple guidance in becoming a graduate teacher. Her professional development program offers graduate teachers with the support of a fairy godmother some may say, someone who you can ask ALL of the questions to, big or small.
BELLA NORMAN
"Building confidence and strengthening skills!"
Alysha’s mentorship has been a huge help during my time as a pre-service teacher and my first year of teaching. She creates a safe space to ask questions, voice challenges, and learn from mistakes. Her guidance over the past few years has helped me to build confidence in the classroom and strengthen my skills in lesson planning, differentiation, and classroom management.

What Other Teachers Are Saying…
While we're gathering testimonials, here’s what inspired this membership:
“I just need practical strategies I can actually use — not another PD that overwhelms me.”
“I feel like I’m missing something, but I don’t know where to turn for support.”
“Why does it feel like I’m the only one dealing with this in my classroom?”
“I wish there was a space to ask questions without judgment.”
“My degree just didn’t equip me to truly help all of the range of diverse learners in my classroom and i need to be able to access more information to truly help them.”
You're not alone and you're not the only teacher feeling this way.
This membership was built from the real stories, struggles, and wishes of educators I’ve worked with over the last 17 years in tutoring rooms, classrooms, and professional development settings. This membership is built from conversations, discussions and pure frustrations that come out of education- one conversation at a time.
And soon, we’ll feature real stories and wins from members just like you.
